- Thrombin facilitates Fibrinogen conversion to fibrin in the formation of clot

- Contraindicated in cow allergies
- Human plasma-derived Thrombin (Evithrom)
- Recombinant human thrombin (rhThrombin)
- Topical Thrombin in Gelatin (Floseal)
