- Score 4: White Blood Cell Count >=10,000/uL
- Score 7: Absolute Neutrophil Count >= 7500/uL
- Score 2: C-Reactive Protein >= 1 mg/dl
- Score 3: Calprotectin >= 0.5 ng/ml
III. Interpretation: Total Score (0 to 23)
- Score <7: Appendicitis in 7% of patients
- Score 7 to 18: Appendicitis in 33% of patients
- Score >18: Appendicitis in 86% of patients

- Identifies patients at low risk of Appendicitis (score <7)
