  6. Score 3: Calprotectin >= 0.5 ng/ml

III. Interpretation: Total Score (0 to 23)

  1. Score <7: Appendicitis in 7% of patients
  2. Score 7 to 18: Appendicitis in 33% of patients
  3. Score >18: Appendicitis in 86% of patients
