- Capsules: 300 mg
- Suspension: 125 to 250 mg/5ml
V. Dosing
- Adult (and age >13 years)
- Take 300 mg orally twice daily or 600 mg orally once daily
- Child (age <13 years old)
- Give 14 mg/kg/day divided once to twice daily

Renal Dosing
- eGFR <30 ml/min
- Adult: Limit to 300 mg/day
- Child: Limit to 7 mg/kg/day (max 300 mg/day)
- Hemodialysis: Give renal dose after Dialysis every 48 hours
- eGFR <30 ml/min
VI. Safety
- Pregnancy Category B
- Safe in Lactation

- Take Cefdinir at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after
