II. Dosing
- 
                          Amenorrhea
                          - Sequential: 5 to 10 mg qd for 5-10 days
- Continuous: 2.5 mg qd
 
- 
                          Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB)- Sequential: 5-10 mg qd for 5-10 days, start on Day 16
 
- Postmenopausal Estrogen Replacement (with Premarin)- Sequential: 2.5 to 5 mg PO qd for last 10 cycle days
- Continuous: 5 to 10 mg qd
 
III. Adverse effects
- Major Depression
- Breakthrough bleeding- Increasing dose to 20 to 30 mg daily may reduce bleeding- However may have increased risk
- Long term lipid and cardiovascular effects?
