Ontology: Polyuria (C0032617)

Definition (MSHCZE) Časté a vydatné močení, za polyurii se obvykle považuje diuréza větší než 2500 ml/24 h. Vzniká v důsledku nízkého koncentrování moči při osmotické či vodní diuréze. Kromě velkého příjmu tekutin provází ledvinné nemoci (porucha koncentrační schopnosti při intersticiálních nefritidách či v polyurické fázi renálního selhání), diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, hyperkalcemii, tyreotoxikózu aj.
