- Urethral bleeding
- Dysuria
- Provocative
- Valsalva Maneuver (Constipation, cough)
- Signs
- Urethra appears beefy red and friable
- Differential Diagnosis
- Urinary Tract Infection
- Pediatric Vulvovaginitis
- Management
- Manual reduction is NOT needed
- Treat Constipation
- Apply daily a small amount olf Topical Estrogen (e.g. Premarin Cream, Estrace Cream) to Urethral area
- Similar management as Labial Fusion
