- Check Blood Sugars throughout long flights, and at least at 10 hours after last Insulin dose
- Keep snacks and Glucose sources available in case of Hypoglycemia
- Modify Insulin regimen per time zones

- Higher Insulin or repeated dosing may be needed when traveling west
