Panniculitis (C0030326)

Definition (MSHCZE) Souhrnné označení pro zánětlivé i nezánětlivé degenerativní změny podkožního vaziva a podkožního tuku. Panikulitida postihuje zejména ženy a běžně se ztotožňuje s celulitidou. Změny vaziva nejsou zánětlivé, ale degenerativní, což se někdy vyjadřuje pojmem panikulóza. Existují i některé vzácnější panikulitidy provázené horečkou, bolestmi břicha aj. (cit.
