  1. Take with a meal or light snack
  2. Adult: 750mg po tid or 1250 mg po bid
  3. Child: 20-30 mg/kg tid or 45-55 mg/kg po bid

V. Adverse Effects

  1. Well tolerated
  2. Diarrhea
