- Imaging with Osteophytes and subchondral sclerosis
- Joint effusion
- Joint Stiffness that worsens with activity and is better with rest
- Crepitation on range of motion
- Joint-line tenderness
- Decreased range of motion (esp. external rotation and abduction)
III. Findings: Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Joint effusion
- Morning stiffness that improves with activity
- Joint may be warm and erythematous
- Crepitation on range of motion
- Imaging with joint space narrowing and marginal joint space erosions
IV. Findings: Other Rheumatologic Conditions

Polymyalgia Rheumatica (affects Shoulder in 95% of cases)
- Bilateral Shoulder ache and stiffness (with or without pelvic girdle involvement)
- Pseudogout
- Cervical Spondylosis (referred pain)
