II. Approach
- Always obtain at least 2 views of a suspected Fracture (AP, Lateral)
- Evaluate for Fracture lines (black lines)
- Evaluate for non-smooth or disruption of the bony cortex (especially intraarticular)
- Evaluate for joint space widening (or narrowing)
- Evaluate for soft tissue swelling or fat pad displacement
