II. Symptoms

  1. Asymptomatic in most patients
  2. Intermenstrual or postcoital bleeding may occur
  3. Large lesions may rarely obstruct the endocervical canal and lead to Infertility

III. Signs

  1. Cervical canal lesions
  2. Soft, mobile and friable
  3. Typically visible within the cervical canal on speculum exam

  1. Very low malignancy risk
