II. Symptoms
- Asymptomatic in most patients
- Intermenstrual or postcoital bleeding may occur
- Large lesions may rarely obstruct the endocervical canal and lead to Infertility
III. Signs
- Cervical canal lesions
- Soft, mobile and friable
- Typically visible within the cervical canal on speculum exam
