  1. Hypertension

III. Dosing: Hypertension

  1. Take on an empty Stomach
  2. Start 17 mg orally daily
    1. Start at 8.5 mg orally daily in the elderly or hepatic Impairment
  3. Titrate as needed, increasing by 8.5 mg/day weekly
  4. Maximum: 34 mg/day
