- Testicular Torsion
- Palpate for Undescended Testicle
- Transient testicular retraction
- Cryptorchidism
- Check Cremasteric Reflex
- Lightly stroke medial thigh
- Ipsilateral Testicle rises transiently
- Exam: Epididymis, Spermatic cord and Vas deferens
- Palpate Epididymis (posterior to Testicle)
- Palpate for Varicocele (engorged testicular veins)
- Patient performs Valsalva while standing
