    1. Unsweetened kool-aid, any flavor
    2. Sweetener
      1. Standard version: 8 tbs sugar (360 calories)
      2. Sugar-free version: 8 packets of Sugar Substitute
    3. 3/8 tsp Salt (110 mg Sodium)
    4. 1/8 tsp salt substitute (38 mg Potassium)
    5. 2 quarts of water
