- External rotation weakness on French Horn Test
- Impingement in external rotation or internal rotation on Hawkin's Test
- Interpretation
- Findings suggesting Rotator Cuff Tear
- All three criteria met above (98% chance)
- Two criteria met and age over 60 years
- Findings not consistent with Rotator Cuff Tear (<5%)
- No criteria from above met
- Drop Arm Test negative
