    2. Grasp Patella in medial position and translate medially
    3. Measure the extent of displacement
      1. Patella width divided in 4 quadrants
      2. Estimate number of quadrants of medial glide
  3. Interpretation
    1. Tight lateral structures: <1 quadrant of translation
    2. Hypermobility: >3 quadrants of translation
