    1. Patient sits in a chair
    2. Cross the affected leg over the opposite knee
    3. Applies pressure to proximal fibula of affected leg
  3. Interpretation: Positive test for High Ankle Sprain
    1. Pain at distal ankle suggests Syndesmotic Injury
