- Patient stands with feet together and eyes closed
- Arms are at patients side, or crossed against chest (some examiners perform with arms extended in front)
- Findings: Abnormal (Positive Romberg Test)
- Romberg Test is abnormal if the patient loses their balance with significant swaying or begining to fall to one side
- Causes: Positive or Abnormal Romberg Test
- Vitamin B12 Deficiency
- Tabes Dorsalis (Neurosyphilis)
