    2. Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease assessment for Fibrosis (NASH)
  2. Criteria
    1. Score = (Age x AST) / (

      x sqrRoot(ALT))

  3. Interpretation
    1. Score <1.45: Good Negative Predictive Value (80% for Hepatitis CVirus related fibrosis)
    2. Score >3.25 (>2.67 in NAFLD): Positive Predictive Value >80%
  4. Efficacy
    1. Test Sensitivity: 85%
    2. Test Specificity: 65%
