- Selective Bradykinin B2 Receptor Antagonist
- Dosing
- Initial Dose: 30 mg SQ
- Second Dose: 30 mg SQ at 6 hours after first if inadequate response to the initial dose
- Maximum: 90 mg total daily dose
- Cost: $10,000 per 30 mg dose

- Local skin reaction (97%)
- Dizziness (3%)
