- Score -1: Vasovagal symptom predisposition
- Score 1: Heart disease history
- Score 2: Any systolic Blood Pressure reading <90 mmHg or >180 mmHg
- Criteria: Evaluation
- Score 2: Troponin elevated
- Score 1: QRS Axis abnormal (<30 or >100 degrees)
- Score 1: QRS Duration >130 ms
- Score 2: QTc >480 ms
- Criteria: ED Diagnosis
- Score -2: Vasovagal Syncope
- Score 2: Cardiac Syncope
- Interpretation (based on the sum of all 9 criteria)
- Score -3 to 0: Very low risk (serious adverse events <=1.9% in 30 days)
- Score 1 to 3: Medium risk (serious adverse events >=3% in 30 days)
- Score 4 to 5: High risk
- Score >=6: Very high risk
