      1. Depressive episodes with a hypomanic episode
   4. Cyclothymic
      1. Hypomania for 2 years
   5. Chronic Depression
      1. Major Depressive Episode > 2 years continuously

   1. Mild, Moderate, Severity
   2. With or Without
      1. Mood Incongruent or Congruent
      2. Psychotic Features
      3. Partial or full Remission
3. Additional Features
   1. Catatonic Features
      1. Catalepsy/stupor
      2. Excessive purposeless motor activity
      3. Negativism/mutism
      4. Posturing/stereotyped movements
      5. Grimacing
      6. Prominent mannerisms
      7. Echolalia or Echopraxia.
   2. Melancholic Features
      1. Anhedonia
      2. AM depression
      3. Early AM awakening
      4. Guilt
      5. Marked weight loss/anorexia
      6. Marked psychomotor agitation/retardation
   3. Atypical Features
      1. Mood brightens to actual/potential positive events
      2. Significant weight gain/increase in appetite
      3. Hypersomnia
      4. Leaden paralysis
      5. Long pattern of interpersonal rejection sensitivity
      6. Resulting in social/occupational Impairment
   4. Postpartum onset
      1. Within 4 weeks postpartum
