  1. Cast from the mid-Humerus to the distal palmar crease (volar) and proximal to MCPs (dorsal)
2. Position
  1. Elbow flexed to 90 degrees
  2. Wrist slightly extended
Precautions
1. Apply extra padding over the olecranon and antecubital fossa, as well as the ulnar styloid
