Indication
1. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome evaluation
Efficacy
1. Test Sensitivity: 70 to 80%
2. Test Specificity: 80%
Technique
1. One minute acute wrist flexion against resistance
2. Inverse praying position
  1. Place each hand dorsum against each other
Interpretation: Positive test suggests Median Neuropathy
1. Wrist flexion reproduces Carpal Tunnel symptoms
2. Most specific if symptoms occur by 30 seconds
